This data includes the bamboo plate data of ice age, snow temperature, snow surface changes (sublimation, the impact of wind blowing snow). < strong > bamboo plate data: < strong > according to the bamboo plate, the research on the ice forming process is a part of the research on the modern physical and chemical processes of snow and ice carried out by our station. The observation point is located at 4130 meters above sea level in the East Branch of glacier 1. The observation time varies with seasons. The snow layer changes dramatically in summer, once a week. The observation interval is 2-3 weeks in winter. From December 8, 2002 to now, there have been four years of observation data, among which the data in 2006 are being sorted out. < strong > snow temperature: < / strong > since December 2005, our station has used precision thermometers to measure the snow temperature at different depths. As of June 2006, 29 sets of data were obtained, each set of data including 15 different snow layer temperature values, and the observation is still in progress. < strong > snow surface change: < strong > from December 2005, our station began to observe the snow surface change at the altitude of 4050m in the East branch. The observation frequency was once a week, and 29 groups of data were obtained by June 2006. Each group of data included the height value of 5 flower stems. So far, the observation is still in progress, and the data statistics work is also in progress.
