This data set records the daily atmospheric 0 ℃ layer data of Kashi radiosonde station in Yarkand River Basin from 2000 to 2015. The data were collected twice a day at 8:00 and 20:00 Beijing time. The height of atmospheric 0 ℃ layer (the height layer with atmospheric temperature of 0 ℃) is an important characteristic layer of atmospheric detection, which is affected by altitude. The study of its change can better reflect the characteristics of local regional climate change. Including a table, the measurement indicators are station name, year, month, day, time, altitude (meters), temperature.

The radiosonde is released manually and automatically observed by the instrument.
In this data set, the sounding balloon is released manually. As a carrier, the sounding balloon carries the sounding instrument into the air. During the rising process, the sounding instrument measures the temperature of different heights and longitudes and latitudes and sends them back to the ground through radio signals, so as to obtain the meteorological element values in the air, and generate T-LNP map, and obtain the 0 ℃ layer height data.
The basic data of this data set is strictly sorted and reviewed by professionals to summarize the data classification, so as to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data set.
