The acquisition frequency of lysimeter is once per minute, and the published data is the average value of 10 minutes. The lysimeter is a cylindrical structure with a surface area of 1m2, a buried depth of 1.5m, and an accuracy of 0.01mm.
Two lysimeter are installed, one is to keep the bare soil (lysimeter 1), and the other is to lay corn under the surface (lysimeter 2) during the growing season (may 10-september 15). A soil temperature and humidity probe, a soil water potential probe and a soil heat flow plate are also installed in the lysimeter. The buried depth of soil temperature sensor is 5cm, 30cm, 50cm, 100cm and 140cm; the buried depth of soil moisture sensor is 2cm, 10cm, 20cm and 40cm; the buried depth of soil heat flow plate is 10cm underground; the buried depth of soil water potential sensor is 30cm and 140cm.
Processing and quality control of observation data: (1) 1440 data (every 10min) shall be ensured every day. In case of missing data, it shall be marked by - 6999; (2) abnormal observation data caused by maintenance period shall be deleted; (3) data that obviously exceeds physical meaning or instrument range shall be deleted; (4) format of date and time shall be unified, and date and time shall be in the same column.
