Planktonic bacteria are important components of marine ecosystem. In December 2011, we investigated the community structure of planktonic bacteria in the surface of 10 stations in Changcheng Bay and adelaiwan near Changcheng station. The results show that Bacteroides, Alphaproteobacteria and gamma Proteobacteria are the dominant groups. Sequence data can be opened with mega 5.05.
